Game of Life turned into a Game! Meant to be played on an 8x8 MIDI device like the  Novation Launchpad Mini Mk3.

This is a proof of concept for turning cellular automata into a puzzle game, with multi-objective cost-minimization for scores. The goal is to cover the green with live cells, which you can resurrect at each tick by pressing the dead cells on the MIDI device.

There is only one (easy) level in this basic proof of concept. 

Last-minute submission to the TacTile 64 2023 Game Jam; made in a single workday using quadplay.
